I've introduced my sex & the city friends. So I guess its unfair for the boys. so let me introduce you to my boys..

The eldest, abg Nazir. As what Shahrol always call him "insist". (we used to update those customers yg degil membayar to 'insist pay late')..abg nazir ni actually 30++ and still single..I'm not really sure whether he really dont want to attach to anybody, x laku or belum ada jodoh, cos it doesnt really matter to me. Abg Nazir is a person who is really funny, and sometimes very irritating, gatal pun ada jugak. But he's really caring and responsible person. when you feel down, he can always cheer you up. Aku selalu mengadu perasaan dgn abg Nazir ni especially when it comes to work. But actually you can talk about anything to him cos dia ni kan senior citizen. But 1 thing I dont like about abg nazir is, dia ni keras kepala. He always think he's rite and susah to accept people's opinion. lagi satu hal, sometimes when we serious bout something time tu lah dia mau buat lawak bodohnya tu...pergh!!!!



move on to Shahrol. Shahrol is the 1 who requested me to put this entry. and he's the 1 who ask me to start on blogging. thanks Shah...(actually he hates people calling him that) Normally friends will call him Shahrock. He's 1 year younger than me, but when it comes to the age topic, he always act as if he's a lot younger than me. I become closer with him when he started to join my team. My first impression, 'he's NERD'...but actually quite funny in terms of decission making and planning cos bahasa Encik Shahrol kita ni seperti Sinchan. Lebih lanjut masuklah ke blog beliau ya. Shahrol is also a good listener, I think most men are like that. But he wont comment on anything, cos he will only listen. Sepanjang aku bekerja with him, I've found that Shahrol will only bersemangat when he got friends and you have to motivate him always...negative thinking memang banyak but you just have to pump in all the positive aura to him then only he will move.

Ha, yang ini budak nakal. He is Yazid. I only talk to him when he joined my team. Memang at first susah mau handle this kid. Budak lagi ni 22 years old...why I said hard to handle, cos he likes to eat benda manis especially candy, chocolate, coffee yg manis and sweet juices. Mak ai...bila kandungan gula terlalu banyak dalam badannya mati aku mau manage this kid. Terkinja kinja..macam ada cacing dalam bontot. Until my UH ask me to control his sugar level. But he's a dedicated staff though. I've seen a lot of changes on him, tapi sekarang ntahlah cos he's not in my team anymore. But still, he's my pet..always accompany me everywhere, and I always share my problems with him tapi I'm not sure whether he's listening or not cos kadang tu aku rasa geram jugak dgn dia ni. Ndak pandai diam! Bila aku bercakap dia cakap aku membebel, bila aku membebel dia cakap aku jahat....

This is Alimi. What I can say about Alimi...I see myself in him when it comes to work. That's why I can work with him. A lot of people saying that Alimi is my favourite staff. Well I admit, it's very easy to comunicate with him because we always have the same thoughts and agreement. The way he work is exactly like me when I was a collector. It's not easy for him to take orders and he prefer to work independently. Kalau mau tgk the way we comunicate with eachother pun very funny and full of drama, cos we always gaduh like bitch and white chicks hahaha..but honestly when it comes to management problems I will always share with Alimi cos he understand well maybe because of our background.

Yang ini Adil. Memang adil dan saksama. Adoi..Adil ni memang good boy. Baik budi pekerti dan very quite person, tapi lawak pun boleh beli. Masih single lagi and sebaya dengan Yaya. Hmmm tapi bukan nerd...jangan main main, Encik Adil kita ni pemain guitar yang boleh tahan lah kehebatannya, ada band lagi tau..teringat aku my papito zaman bujang. If you notice, adil ni selalu join our outting, he's very easy going person, bawak lah pigi mana-mana dia ok jak. But when it comes to problem sharing, nope, I wont do that to Adil, cos takut 1 way communication jak.huhu..habis orang nya kan pendiam....aku mau jugak some respond

Salahudin..adoi...apalah mau jadi dengan budak ni...Dean is a nice person. funny, confident, obedient and helpful. Tapi kadang kena tahan dengan perangai dia...kalau over layan nanti kerja pun tidak siap. But as a staff, he is good, kerja memang kerja, pastu ndak pernah berkira. Tapi satu hal yang kena sabar sampai tidak boleh sabar lagi is....kaki MC & EL and selalu datang lambat. Mangkir jak kerjanya....until mc claim sudah cecah limit pun dia tetap ambik MC..sudah ambik AL pun masih mau sambung MC/EL..hish...apa mau jadi lah budak lagi kan....tapi jangan ditegur perangai nya ni, karang besok terus dia MC, bagus diam diam jak. But most of his team members like him because Dean is very helpful, ndak berkira and most important thing, he's a good motivator. And fyi, dia lah my back up if I'm not around and budak2 memang listen to him. Siapa curi tulang memang dia akan ambik video and show to me the next day. Memang boleh harap lah...



Syahizam,,,,atau nama pendeknya Ejump...dikalangan the boys ni, Ejump lah yang paling manja walaupun sudah kahwin anak 2. huh! penat aku melayan...aku yang bengis ni pun dia mau ambik perhatian. But Ejump pun is one of my orang kanan for the team. He's very helpful, good assistant and resourceful. Tapi tu lah..kejap kejap ada jak mau mintak perhatian macam kurang kasih sayang. Tapi kalau kau suruh buat apa pun dia akan tolong..mostly tampal stayback schedule and collect print out. Happy lah dia tu kalau aku busy pun mau berborak benda yang remeh temeh..kalau kena marah dia cakap aku period untuk ke 15 kali pulak..tau pun. Tapi 1 thing lah, d team call him LALANG..why? because everytime my team members bertekak, he cannot choose a person to support. Kejap back up Alimi, kejap back up Dean. Until Alimi and Dean pun malas layan, kalau x kena back up pun ndak pa lah..huhu

so those people memang I mostly spend time with, however I still got other dedicated staffs yang aku rasa sampai hari ni pun aku appreciate their dedication and effort. Contohnya, Kalidas and Haridas hmmm memang good boy and always support me. Honestly I can count on them.
