Weekend Project-Fondant Cake

Before I proceed, do you guys know what is fondant cake actually? Nope! bukan kek yang dibuat oleh pondan ya. Fondant is a thick, creamy white sugar mass used in different forms for decorating cakes and cookies with; it can be rolled and draped over a cake, poured as a glaze or sculpted with. Rolled Fondant has a playdough-like consistency that can be rolled and draped in one piece over a recipe and pressed into place, such as with a wedding cake. It "dries" with a semi-hard, perfectly smooth and satiny smooth surface that holds up well.

Amoi & me memang sudah fed up with the cupcakes project walaupun belum graduate excellently dalam bidang tu, but we want to try something new. Kalau berjaya maybe kami boleh inovate our cupcakes. Kalau aku tunjukkan kek yg udah siap, mesti kalian tidak percaya dan ingat kami beli saja kan. so ini, raw materialsnya. di warnakan dengan pewarna tiruan. Basic ingredients for the fondant only icing sugar and marshmallow semata-mata ok

So we covered the cake, but before that kita sapukan dengan butter icing so that when we put the fondant, ia akan kelihatan smooth...APA???? MACAM SABUN???

Then aktiviti menghias dimulakan. Piece by piece.....from scratch....jadi lah cantek seperti gambarajah di bawah ini

Yang ini paling ekslusif, macam mana ia dihasilkan? gunakan garlic presser

Inilah hasilnya..huhu walaupun tidak secantik mana but komen from Amoi & Me "been there, done that" dengan nada pondan

Betul, boleh makan, ingat kek palsu kah? Rasa pun enak dan nyaman sekali dong!

Secret Admire - Candy Week

Well, second week for the Secret Admire activity udah passed. The theme for the 2nd week is actually Candy Week: to remind sweet moments of life. wah aku begitu terkezzuttt karena gift yang aku dapat from my buddy memang banyak.hmmm I wonder why????

The first gift that I've received adalah 2 batang coklat zip berperisa strawberi. (hmm...maybe my buddy masih belum kenal aku, cos I dont eat local choc kan) but it's ok...I appreciate it!


This is the note that attached together with the gift. Honestly, I dont understand, and I'm not sure whether my buddy really really mean it.

Then, on Wednesday, I received this one...mmm it's a choc in umbrella shape and the note attached only says "smile, smile, smile"

Thursday, aku mangkir kerja, but Friday morning I saw this Roche on my keyboard...hmm is this really from my buddy? napa bai banyak banyak ya?

The actual plan was, I wanted to apply for UM and she wanted UTM tapi sekalinya terbalik pulak..but sometimes during sem break, kami curi masa to see eachother in KL...but now my beeps in Australia...lama sudah tidak bergosip dan mengutuk urang.

this one pulak cik Imelda Dean, (welcome to the funeral of hearts), i known ida from beep. she' s been a good listener, orang nya tenang dan lemah lembut. bersederhana but actually you can get a lot of things for her, so helpful and memang ada ciri2 kakak yang sebenar...ida!!!!..bila mau jumpa???? Dulu kerja shift payah sikit mau buat temu janji dengan dia ni

ini pulak, si sasha...adoi...kalau lepak dengan dia, macam macam cerita boleh dibual. kalau mau dapat macam -macam ilmu pun korek jak dari Puan sasha ni..huh...oh lupa, aku kenal sasha pun actually from cik beep kita tu..and fyi, puan kita ni sedang pregnant..huhuh ndak sabar mau tengok perut kembong...huhu sekarang ni beliau mengalami morning sickness kot...sabar ya Puan...semua ni dugaan bakal-bakal ibu

belum habis lagi...ni lagi satu puan, ni pun geng dorang cik beep masa di UM lah ni. ni Puan Sophie..gadis melayu terakhir dalam geng kami...dia jak lah yang kira sopan sikit...not so close tapi kalau ada reunion mesti panggil jugak, she's the room mate for cik beep kita, so kalau cerita pasal tidur sama2 tu memang pernah lah..ahaks ..FYI she's not available ya...hubbynya pilot

finally, this one cik halle berry kita..si Ernie...dia ni pelik sikit, kadang2 ada, kadang2 ndak da, tapi kalau ada lagi meriah lah...pasal mulut pun boleh tahan, semuanya satu brand..mulut murai...dia ni supporting lah jugak, apa2 kita suruh buat pun on jak...ndak lagi memilih...especially bab2 membuli orang. Jangan risau, Ernie belum jadi Puan lagi ya. Tapi one thing I lah, cik Ernie kita ni pandai menjahit.....

Well, actually, me and the girls bukanlah selalu sangat berlepakan. tapi apahal pun, kami akan make sure akan cari 1 time and 1 place to meet up. hmmmm when is the next meeting ya???

Early Christmas Gift

On Thursday nite, I accompanied Yaya pigi cari barang for his "Secret Buddy" so we went to Giant jak lah since Giant tu pun dekat dengan rumahnya....so kami masuk this giftown. wah! aku sudah menjadi gila buat sementara waktu cos that shop sudah start mempromosi all this christmas stuffs...aku memang sukak tinguk the ornaments and decorations with all the nice-nice colours....aku kebeliangan dan meng ignore si Yaya.

I saw this cool christmas hat...but I was thinking should I buy, bukannya aku celebrate pun..but I got 1 potugese mix filipino fren, with big boobs that will celebrate xmas...but I cant choose which hat to buy semuanya melonjakkan adrenalin aku, silap silap kalau aku ada power, maybe aku boleh meletup kan new york city...wah....

Then, I call Dylan. "hey is it too early for me to get you your xmas gift?"

Dylan just laugh, i think masa tu his boobies bergoyang. so I bought 2.

Balik rumah aku tidak kesabaran, so aku pun syok sendiri mengambik gambar...

Secret Admire-Encouragement Week

Nah, ingat lagi my previous post regards on the CMG-CC activity? ya, di mana aku meluahkan ketidak puas hatian aku....sebab aku tidak dapat apa apa pun.

tapi kemarin aku sudah dapat...memang betol lah apa yang staffs aku pujuk....the more I wait the more rewarding it is...so kemarin aku bukan sahaja dapat satu barang malahan 2 gitu..mari kita melihaatnya..apa kah barang tersebut:

CMG CC Activity

Kalau kamu orang mau tau, company aku especially me department sukak betul berjoli parti parti...apa tidak setiap bulan ada jak activity yang mau diorganised...mau tau annual dinner kami pun ada 3 kali setahun..huh..

so untuk bulan ni, because mau countdown to christmas, kami buat exchange gift macam tahun lepas tapi kami ubah sedikit lah...so dia macam ni:

Officially this activity will be launched on Monday 10th November 2008 at 9.00am and the Grand Finale will be Held on 12th December 2008 at 6.00pm.
This activity will be running by weekly basis.

1st week (14th Nov) : Encouragement Week : "To Motivated each other"

2nd week (21st Nov) : Candy Week : “ To remind sweet moments of life”

3rd week (28th Nov) : Glittering Week : "To brighten up a person’s life"

4th week (5th Dec) : Smiling Week : “To Cheer up”

**Grand Finale on 12th Dec-Gift Exchange**

The objective of this activity to create an utmost closeness between all the CMG-CC STAFFS to form a relationship that will lead all build team work as a group.

So everybody sudah cabut nama buddy diorg sendiri...so far this activity ada sambutan lah especially in my Current Unit. Tapi sekarang ni, apa yang membuat aku tidak puas hati!!!!!! adalah.....kenapa aku masih tidak dapat apa2 di atas meja aku????? balik-balik jugak aku pigi berjalan-jalan supaya my secret admire tu boleh leave something on my table...tapi HAMPAH JADDAH sudah aku di sini ni....mau tunggu aku sampai menopause kah????

Aku pun terasa sedar diri buat sementara waktu, oh sedangkan aku sendiri pun belum bagi buddy aku barang lagi. kebetulan hari ni birthday dia. Buddy aku ni lelaki India from Delinquent Unit so aku pun curi masa lunch time pigi Mydin untuk beli kad birthday yang berharga RM3.30 ndak payah lah mau berabis untuk event ni cos aku pun ndak tau end the end nanti aku dapat apa kan....

so after lunch aku berharap sangat lah ada something in my table, tp apa yang aku tinggal kan sebelum dan selepas lunch sama jak....AKU MARAH NI!!!!

wah...aku sungguh unlucky, dulu masa di citibank kami buat event ni daily basis for 1 week, tapi last day jak aku dapat voucher Jusco bernilai RM20...huhuh...aku rasa mesti secret admire aku tu no idea mau bagi aku apa kan...tapi aku sudah buat announcement, aku mau Starbucks dan on Grand Finale kasut size 7..... ok kah????

Hallo buddy....calling my buddy......wake up....go and get something for me lah aiyo.......(but in my heart, aku rasa my buddy mesti lelaki India at delinquent site..hmmm...aku ndak sukak!!!)
